The need for generational leadership has come!
Social scientists have clearly demonstrated how fatherlessness has led to societal chaos, leaving many sons lacking the guidance and support they need to succeed. Moreover, today’s young fathers have fewer healthy models to follow as they balance family, work and other pursuits. Lastly grandfathers are grappling with their role, as they seek to become wise and savvy legacy leaders.
The issues which unite and distinguish sons, fathers and grandfathers will be explored through research, profound testimonies and biblical truths throughout the conference. Each participant will receive an array of resources to equip, encourage and help them excel in their respective role.
